The Anthemios Alumni Association is seeking new members for the anthem and anthemios.org teams. We are looking for individuals to come on board to help create the anthem and maintain the website starting this summer (late June/early July).
The next anthem will be published in late August/early September, and this new team will be in charge of this and future anthems. ANTHEM TEAM: 1. Anthem Managing Editor - responsible for coordinating deadlines, timetables, and deliverables from contributors. responsible for liaising with production editor, copy editor and communications director for keeping on schedule. responsible for coordinating printing and distribution via email/ftp with printing vendor. reports to communications director. 3. Anthem Copy Editor - responsible for proofreading each article as required for grammar, spelling, coherency, etc. must use microsoft office (word, excel) for editing text for production editor. reports to the managing editor. responsible for final proofreading final pdf layout proofs before going to press. ANTHEMIOS.ORG TEAM: 1. anthemios.org Webmaster - responsible for managing and updating anthemios.org content, managing files, creating and maintaing archives, active chapter listings, and posting and maintaining the anthem online in pdf format. will liaise with anthem managing edtor and anthem production editor for distribution of anthem digitally via website. 2. anthemios.org Archivist - responsible for the posting, managing and maintaining of anthemios.org gallery images. gallery should reflect current events, alumni events, etc. images should be content that reflects the organization in a professional light. images containing underage drinking, esoteric activities, etc must be kept off the website for liability and professional reasons. |
